I love helping people...

I'm not rich so I don't help people with money, BUT if I could I definitely would!
So I try my best to bring positive thoughts in them. I like to open their mind to see what is important and what they have told me, I show them in such a way that they actually realize I wasn't who told them those good things about themselves...they told me, I just brought their words out to them so that they could see, that they do care more about themselves, more than they realized.

I like to say, "Look to the bright side of things" or "Turn those negatives into positives", and life seems less depressing that way for them. I give examples, of why they should appreciate their lives and what they do have. I remind them that, someone somewhere, has it worse and that they should be grateful. I try to teach these things to my child as well but he is still too young to understand and care about such things right now. He also has aspergers syndrome, so it's a bit harder to comprehend such things for him right now. I do hope that in the future, he will see.

Some people have called me selfish and self centered...Those are the kinds of people, I try my best to avoid...Not because they are right, or that I think they are right, but because I know they are just saying it to hurt me and in the past it did bother me, but I know myself more now, and I know what they say about me is not true.

Sadly there are people in this world who try their best to hurt others in order to get some kind of thrill out of knowing they hurt you. This was my main reason for posting about "Letting go", because even though we care so much, it's harder staying within their life. I know I cry more about these things, than they do. And that is what makes it easier to stay away. I don't like crying, because my tears were caused just to please themselves. So just let go of those who only hurt you, to please themselves...NOT because you don't care (because you know you do!), but because they do their best to show you, they don't!

So now, I want to say something..."just because others don't 'see' you helping others, it does not mean that you aren't" And truthfully, I like helping others because know I helping others (in the best ways I can), makes me feel good...And I don't brag about it, because I am not doing it to prove a point, I do it because it feels good!

I hope everyone has a great weekend, and for those of you hurting or feeling depressed or even putting yourself down..Please don't! Keep your head up, make a list of all the things you like about yourself...and DO NOT make a list of dislikes!

Sometimes we need to let go...

Sometimes we have people in our lives that we love very much. Even those who are family can be harmful to our health. And no matter how much we love them, if they keep on hurting us in different ways, we have to let them go there ways and we have to go ours.

I am choosing this topic, because I know how it feels to be hurt by those I love very dearly. For some of them, do not realize how much has been done for them and given to them out of the kindness of ones heart. Some of us would give the shirt off of our own backs, just so they do not stay cold, even when we are cold. I'm the kind of person, if someone does this for me...I am grateful and feel a little guilty knowing they are cold, but would do this for me to make me warm(I have had this done to me). I have done this for people I love, and was given ungrateful hurt feelings instead instead.  And than called selfish after saying no because I I didn't have it to give.

This is why I let some people go in my life, I still love them, and miss them, but because I care for myself as well...I keep them at a distance, sadly I do not talk to or associate myself with these people anymore. I have given to others when I didn't have it to give, because I cared. And to have them not care back, or give me something, or help me in some way, for them to treat me as if I am the one who is ungrateful.

Having those kinds of people who use you, manipulate you and offer kindness just to use it as a means to throw in your face, is just grief and sorrow to ones heart. It's heartbreak to have people you love "Build on to happiness, just to stomp on it afterwards." ...Why build something if you are going to destroy it? That is what sandcastles are for.
"I refuse, to be used...anymore!"

There are so many things in history, that are still standing today, because of people's appreciation for them. Feelings should be treated this way, not as sandcastles, that will be destroyed by crashing waves or big feet.

Why must some people fight, to get along? I never quite understood that. I dislike fighting, and if I can avoid it, I do. I always stand up for what I believe in, so don't get me wrong, I just mean, I don't like unnecessary arguments, that only escalate to hurt feelings which end up with feelings of regret because words are spoken that we really did not mean...or who knows, maybe "they" mean them.?...

So much in life gets carried away, from fighting, from wars, from jealousy because they think someone's better than them or having more, or whatever. WHY? Why worry about those small things, when those small things create such huge destruction and or pain? It's exhausting, it's painful, it's even devastating and even sometimes lives are taken. There is just so much grief at times that we must TRY OUR BEST, to see things from a brighter side of things, where some of us open our eyes and actually have to force ourselves to be optimistic in order to cope, live and be happy. In order for our lives to get better and change because we are just tired of those ways.

I wish others would open their eyes and actually see that their life isn't as bad as it use to be and see that it is better and happier, but they are stuck on thoughts of yesterdays...

Sorry if this seems a bit off, but there are times I must share things in order for others to look ahead and to look up and see the brighter side of what IS THERE instead of seeing what was there!

Please put the past behind you, see NOW IS BETTER, and have peace and LET GO OF PAST GRIEVING'S!
Love and beauty is in everything, and is everywhere, if you just let go of then and see now. Enjoy what is there and better these days, because the bad that was then is gone!

Here are some motivational quotes...because I'm just feeling a bit unmotivated myself!

Hello everyone I am not feeling so motivated lately, so I thought I would make another quote post! Here are some great quotes I have found! Have a great day!

A creative man is motivated by the desire to achieve, not by the desire to beat others.
Ayn Rand

Achievement of your happiness is the only moral purpose of your life, and that happiness, not pain or mindless self-indulgence, is the proof of your moral integrity, since it is the proof and the result of your loyalty to the achievement of your values.

To achieve, you need thought. You have to know what you are doing and that's real power.

Act as if what you do makes a difference. It does.
William James

Always do your best. What you plant now, you will harvest later.
Og Mandino

Be thine own palace, or the world's thy jail.
John Donne

To all the fathers!!

Sorry I didn't write a father's day blog post today, I have been down all day!

I was always the daddy's girl, and he has been gone since 2009. I have been missing him more and more lately, as he use to be the only one I could talk to who didn't judge me on what I said.

When it comes to conversations, I am not always so good at expressing things. That's why I like writing and being online. But even at times if I am upset or in a rush to get my thoughts out..I do not think it through and that is when people can see what I mean by this.

Anyways I'd like to say Happy Father's day to all you dad's watching and Happy Father's day to all the moms out there that have to play both roles.

Follow Follow, and more Follows!

Alright, Hello everyone!
I just wanted post this so you all now what I have been doing all last-night before bed and today most of the day!
I have been obsessing with the follows! Now, I guess in the long run, it might be a good idea and get some traffic flowing around blog land!

So here it is, I have followed so many that I can't even count them, I have also been doing some twitter following as well.

I am hoping, over time, OR possibly soon (PLEASE OH PLEASE!) that I will have more views, friends and more experienced bloggers to step up and shout out if they see me stepping over boundaries or accidentally, bending some rules! I'm still a noob blogger...And not ashamed to admit it either!

I'm wishing with all my heart that I can help others in the near future, as well as hopefully get some help from others. I always help when I can, I offer a hand, give much of myself in order to help others...even though some might not appreciate it! I do it anyways, because that is just the kind of person I am.

So please if you are reading this and you have NOTICED that I have followed you PLEASE Follow me back! ***I really appreciate it!!!***

And there are some I couldn't follow because I could not find that little button to do so, so I apologize to those who have followed me and I have not followed back! I COULDN'T FIND THE BUTTON!

What else? Hmmm....If I remember I will come back and edit this post and add it!

I hope everyone is having a great weekend and wish you all well with happiness, love and good health!

Some good news!! BIG!!!

I am not sure if I posted it before, but I was trying to get my GED! I went to school for about 2 years and studied as hard as I could and did as much work as I could to pass this thing.

Well yesterday, I checked my mail box and it wasn't a small thick envelope, it was a big brown one! Which meant only one thing! I GOT MY GED! Now to some this isn't such a big deal, but for me it is a HUGE accomplishment, because I was a high school drop out. Not something to be proud of, if you want to make it anywhere in life. And if I choose to go further with my Education, I most certainly can, now that I have my GED!

I want to apologize for my absence as I have been trying to find work, and being a mom full time now that my school is done. Not to mention some viruses on my computer, I had to get rid of. I still have a hacker who invades my privacy in one of my email accounts...to which one I am still unsure...BUT I do have a feeling I know which one. So Maybe a email change is in order, and to that facebook I might just deactivate because due to this reason.

I hope you all have a great week end and look forward to posting more blogs really soon!

Time as an adult and time as a child...

Time!
Sometimes days just aren't long enough as an adult. I am always finding that there are not enough hours in a day lately. So, a lot of my time feels wasted because, I don't want to pass the time doing so much than, to find it has left me already. I don't ever remember feeling that way as a child. Probably as a child our only responsibilities are, to go to school, to have fun, do home work and possibly a side sport or event. I remember those days seeming longer. Maybe because I had so much energy to use up in the day, enough to last two days and than it repeats the next day. I mean, an adults day seems more like a half a day, where as a child's day is like two of ours.

As a child we just had so much time to use and take advantage of. So little to worry about, besides where our best friend might be, or what happened to a relative. Or if a parent was sick. You know the small things that could to us as children.

As an adult, time just slips away and it makes me wonder if I'll ever get everything done in one day...And I usually don't get everything finished in a whole day. Adults have to worry so much, about our children, their needs to be met in time. Our own schedules beyond that even! Household chores, the bills, appointments for us and our children, I could ad more because the list just goes on and on here. I am sure you understand if you're a mom, especially a full-time working mom (KUDOS)!

I'm speaking from a mom's point of view, but I know that their are men out there doing the same thing!

It's hard being a single parent, looking for work, trying to get her schooling, looking to the future with a desire to make things better in life. Which takes more time! You all get my point I am sure/

I guess I missed a few hours today as I wasted it trying to get this computer working while my child was at school. And I had a virus to get rid of, as I have hacker problems constantly...Which I have no idea why they like to choose me as their target so much.

Anyway I am done with that rant about computers, as I believe I have fixed the problem ...For now at least.

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend this coming weekend!

Much love and blessings to all and have a great night!

Ann

Just some motivational quotes!

Hello everyone, I am just here to post a few quotes I have found and wanted to share. I'd like to keep others positive and motivated. Please come back to view my blog, in order to lift your spirits, or just give that boost of confidence you might need; for the days when, you're feeling low!

“Whatever you do, you need courage. Whatever course you decide upon, there is always someone to tell you that you are wrong. There are always difficulties arising that tempt you to believe your critics are right. To map out a course of action and follow it to an end requires some of the same courage that a soldier needs. Peace has its victories, but it takes brave men and women to win them.” - Ralph Waldo Emerson Quote

You cannot plough a field by turning it over in your mind. - Author Unknown

Knowing is not enough; we must apply.Willing is not enough; we must do. - Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

We are still masters of our fate.We are still captains of our souls. - Winston Churchill
